This unit has a 15-minute preheat time and a maximum cook time of 60 minutes.To simplify operation, this oven has an EasyToUCH™ control panel that uses touch screen technology and icons. Multiple languages are available to accommodate everyone. It can store as many as 1,024 multiple-stage recipes. It has six stages with programmable cooking times and instructions can be added for each stage.
